MCPmatic

About MCPmatic

Small, free tools for developers building Model Context Protocol servers, and short guides that link to the primary sources.

How we work#

  • In-browser first. The linter and converter run entirely on your device. We don't receive your specs or tool lists.
  • Primary sources. Guides cite the MCP specification and official docs, with the date each source was checked. Where something is our advice rather than the spec's, we say so.
  • Dated. Every guide states the spec version it was written against. The current one is 2026-07-28.
  • Fast and private. No cookies, analytics, ads, third-party scripts or web fonts.

Independence#

MCPmatic is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, the Model Context Protocol project, Cursor or any other vendor mentioned on this site.

Found a mistake?#

Email hello@mcpmatic.com. If a rule in the linter disagrees with the spec, tell us which section and we'll fix it.
